Testimonials

Nick Moschetti

I have known and worked with Chris for nearly a decade, in multiple organizations and roles. Chris is one of the kindest, most supportive, driven, and intelligent people I know. He has a passion for investing in people, and being a resource however he can. He is always exploring ways where he can bring value, and delivering whenever possible. He is a trusted and valued resource for me, and I am proud to call him a friend.

As a coach, Chris challenges current thought patterns in a way that is encouraging and productive. He poses new ways of looking at an opportunity, to arrive at a more effective path to success. Chris is direct in his communication style but is a master at confronting in a supportive and productive way. He is effective because he listens, and is present throughout the coaching process. His high level of engagement and commitment to the process allows for transformative breakthroughs. Chris has the capacity to effectively coach both individuals and teams, with equal impact no matter the size or setting.

I am grateful to know Chris, and for the support he provides. I would not hesitate to recommend him to help any group, individual or organization to achieve its goals.

The best coaches do not simply teach or advise, but rather they change your life, and Chris is an impeccable example of such a coach. Chris and I met twelve years ago when he hired me as a pool server at Four Seasons Denver. Chris graciously gave time he did not have as a F&B Director to mentor me. His selfless guidance led me through a successful career for many years with Four Seasons. Years later, when I accepted an Executive Director role with a luxury wedding planning company, I knew I needed the very best to counsel me and help me grow as a leader.

Chris is forthright, patient, and adaptable which allowed me to hear hard truths while also being met where I was at. His warmth and humor reminded me I had a friend in my corner, while his wealth of corporate experience gave me a deep well of knowledge to draw from.

His “third party objectivity” provided me with unique perspectives. His neutrality from my work environment helped de-escalate emotions, allowed for innovative ideas, and created unity within difficult situations. It was not uncommon for Chris to help me come to a solution by asking thoughtful questions. This allowed me to talk through challenges but also forced me to think critically and grow in my problem-solving skills.

Chris views both the professional and personal growth of his clients as paramount to their success in life. This holistic approach led to rich conversations regarding vision and purpose in my life, which heavily influenced career decisions I’ve made throughout the years.

He pursues everything with integrity and excellence and he truly cares about his clients as individuals, with their own purpose, strengths, areas for improvement, and unique skills only they can bring to the world. I cannot recommend Chris highly enough, as a mentor, a professional coach, and a friend. You never know, he could change your life – he certainly changed mine.

The team and I really enjoyed working with Chris. He was inspiring…and each of them have already told me that they appreciate the opportunity. One of our team members texted me right after our last session and said “I hope Chris enjoyed his time with us as much as we did.” He did very well adapting to our needs and coaching us. I am excited to see where it takes us. Thank you for offering this training, I believe our industry needs a lot more of it.

Yeah. Chris is pretty great.
I have known and loved Chris for years. Chris has been a customer, a coworker, a personal and professional consultant, and most importantly a friend.
He is incredibly gifted in understanding how businesses work, both financially and operationally. Beyond that, Chris is an incredible communicator. He always has an interesting, relevant story or perspective.
But Chris’ biggest asset is his genuine concern for other human beings. He wholeheartedly cares for other people, their well-being, and their personal and professional successes. This translates perfectly to both individual and collective (business) success.
Chris is one of a kind with his precision and his warmth.
